We have successfully registered the foundation as a Non-Profit in the State of California and received an EIN from the IRS. The final step is the 501(c)(3) designation, which will come in the next few months. Donation confirmation letters will be sent after the official receipt of 501(c)(3) public charity determination from the IRS.

Paul Thompson was a beloved husband, son, brother, Uncle, cousin, and teacher. Paul and his wife, Nancy, were together for fifteen years and married for thirteen. They met on a tennis court and spent the next 15 years traveling, making the absolute most of every day, and loving each other deeply.

Paul was incredibly loved by his friends, family, and community. Paul had dedicated his life to improving the lives of his students and community. To continue his legacy,
seeing a need for scholarships and opportunities for disadvantaged and underrepresented communities, his wife, Nancy, formed this non-profit foundation to provide sensible solutions and financial support to those in need.
